Girls USAG Team
Nittany’s Girls USAG Team currently has 7 competitive levels, Level 4-10. We do have a non-competitive Level 3. Our team is based on a progression system, ensuring safety and confidence while moving through levels. Our gymnasts train year round, with the competitive season running from November through May.
Levels 4, 5 and 6, our beginning level gymnasts, are called the compulsory levels and workout between 9 and 14 hours a week. The Compulsory Team focuses on basics, strength and flexibility. Compulsory levels help introduce the athletes and parents into competitive gymnastics.
Levels 7 through 10 and our Elite Training Group, are optional levels and workout between 16 and 22 hours a week. The Optional level team program are held to high standards; building on basics and striving excellence. We are dedicated to mold well-rounded young adults active in the community. Membership is by invitation only. If you are interested in your gymnast being evaluated, please contact Amy Adamek at email@example.com.

Girls USAIGC Team
Nittany’s USAIGC team is a less intense, more recreational gymnastics team. The USAIGC team gives gymnasts the opportunity to be a part of a competitive program, while still having the freedom to participate in other sports . The team travels to an average of 5 competitions within Pennsylvania, to help keep costs down. We currently have 3 levels of competition—Bronze, Silver, and Gold. If you are interested in your gymnast being evaluated, please contact Jen Klindt at email@example.com.
